Mike Jenoski
President/CEO

In addition to managing DMI’s overall company performance, Mike is responsible for direct sales and marketing, strategic planning, and evaluation of new technology and equipment. Customers will find Mike very visible at DMI. He actively participates in creative and technical consultations, and with project planning and logistics. Mike started in the industry in 1985 as a sales representative for ADR, Inc., in Woburn, MA. He soon became their #1 sales rep. Within three years, he saw the opportunity for a topflight print on demand provider, and started DMI in 1988. Mike has invested regularly in the newest equipment and technology, as well as recruiting topnotch employees so that DMI is always in a position to offer customers the highest value and quality in the industry. Mike has a BS from the University of Maine in Orono and a MS from the University of Pennsylvania in Edinboro.

Mark R. Ellis
Vice President, Sales & Marketing

 Mark is responsible for developing and implementing the overall sales and marketing strategy for DMI. He joined DMI in 1990 as an account manager selling DMI’s digital print on demand, document management, and fulfillment services. In his present capacity, Mark’s efforts are concentrated on helping customers take advantage of the tremendous opportunities now available in personalized communications. Mark’s in-depth knowledge of DMI’s digital printing and database driven marketing services technology is an invaluable resource in helping clients leverage this technology to deliver customer-centric business solutions. Mark leads DMI’s efforts in helping today’s highly pressured senior marketing executives think out of the box and dramatically increase their marketing ROI by utilizing DMI’s full range of personalized communication services. Mark’s attention to detail, hard work ethic, and focus on always putting the customer’s needs first are some of the driving forces which contribute to DMI’s success. Prior to joining DMI, he held account management positions selling printing and facilities management services for Xerox Corporation and Pitney Bowes Management Services. Mark graduated from Babson College in Wellesley, MA with a degree in Business Management.

Carl Beatrice
General Manager

Mr. Beatrice was named general manager of DMI in February of 2001. Formerly a customer service manager for 10 years, Carl has a total of 16 years experience in the digital print industry with DMI. Mr. Beatrice is responsible for overseeing all aspects of print production, quality control, online ordering and database control systems, logistics, purchasing management, overall workflow efficiencies, customer service, as well as the development and implementation of business solutions. From 1992-1994, he was involved in the design and development of a proprietary integrated database management system that is still the foundation of DMI information systems today. During his tenure, his work has included the development of integration techniques designed to combine quoting, print production, document management, database management and fulfillment into a combined and efficient workflow system. From 2002-2004, Mr. Beatrice was involved in a number of initiatives. These included spearheading the development of a proprietary electronic job ticket processing system, as well as helping to develop a web-based manufacturing scheduling system. His innovative contributions continue to be vital to the day-to-day operations of DMI.
