FTP, or File Transport Protocol, is a protocol that allows you to move files from one computer to another over the internet. At DMI, FTP is used to transport customer files from their computers to ours.

NOTE: Our server is generally IE browser friendly however we do recommend using FTP client software such as FileZilla, listed with a download link below. It is a small download and a very quick install. It has been tested extensively by DMI and we strongly recommend it for our PC clients.

EXISTING CLIENTS - If you had an active account on DMI's FTP site prior to August 22, 2006 be sure to add @dmiprint.com to your username when you login.

DMI strongly recommends the use of FTP client software to avoid issues. The two we have tested and recommend are listed below.

  • Via your favorite FTP client

In some cases you can use your IE as an FTP client depending on your operating system version and network set up. Point to ftp://ftp.dmiprint.com
Be sure to use your full username which is username@dmiprint.com.
If this method fails, see your system administrator or simply install an FTP client like those listed above.
