FTP, or File Transport Protocol, is a protocol that allows you to move files
from one computer to another
over the internet. At DMI, FTP is used to transport customer files
from their computers to ours.
NOTE: Our server is generally IE browser friendly however we do recommend using FTP client software such as FileZilla,
listed with a download link
below. It is a small download and a
very quick install. It has been
tested extensively by DMI and we
strongly recommend it for our PC
clients.

EXISTING CLIENTS - If you had an active account on DMI's FTP site prior to August 22, 2006 be sure to add @dmiprint.com to your username when you login.
DMI strongly recommends the use
of FTP client software to avoid
issues. The two we have tested and
recommend are listed below.

To login to DMI's FTP server via your favorite FTP client, point it to
ftp://ftp.dmiprint.com, and enter your username and password.

In some cases you can use your IE as
an FTP client depending
on your operating system
version and network set up. Point to ftp://ftp.dmiprint.com
Be sure to use your full username which is username@dmiprint.com.
If this method fails,
see your system
administrator or simply
install an FTP client
like those listed above.
